Tiny Kittens. Big Needs. Even Bigger Hearts Needed.
As the temperatures begin to drop, we're seeing an increase in calls about orphaned kittens needing help.
Fall is a particularly difficult time for tiny kittens to enter the world. The colder weather can make them more vulnerable to upper respiratory infections, sore eyes, and other health challenges. For kittens without a mama to keep them warm, fed, and safe, the odds can be stacked against them.
That's where YOU come in!
We're looking for some very special people to join our foster team. Specifically, we're hoping to find individuals who have experience bottle-feeding newborn kittens and understand the time, patience, and dedication these fragile little lives require.
We know we're asking a lot. Bottle babies need round-the-clock care, including overnight feedings, and it isn't a commitment everyone can make.
But for those who can, you could be the difference between life and death for a tiny kitten.
Our goal is to have a small team of experienced bottle-baby fosters ready and waiting, so when that next urgent call comes in, we have somewhere safe and loving for those little ones to go.
You don't need to have kittens in your home right now. We just need to know we can count on you when the need arises.
