Today I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

Running my own business has given me something priceless — the ability to be home with my children while doing work I truly love. That wouldn’t be possible without the amazing clients who choose to support my small business year after year.

To those who have trusted me with your pets, referred your friends and family, and continued to book with me over the years, thank you. Your loyalty means more than you know. Because of you, my books stay full, my business continues to grow, and I’m able to provide for my family while being present for the moments that matter most.

I never take your support for granted. I feel so fortunate to have such wonderful long-term clients, and I truly couldn’t have done any of this without you.

A friendly reminder to all my clients:

I am currently receiving 10–15 messages every day asking about earlier appointments and cancellations. While I completely understand wanting to get your dog in sooner, answering these messages on top of a full grooming schedule is becoming overwhelming.

If I have a cancellation or an opening that becomes available, I will reach out to clients who may be able to take that spot. Sending multiple messages asking for updates will not move you up the list or create additional openings.

I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. I'm doing my best to accommodate as many dogs as possible while maintaining a reasonable workload and providing quality care to every pet in my salon.

I’d like to start by saying how truly grateful I am for my amazing clients who have supported me over the years. Your loyalty means so much to me.

Since recovering from my hip surgery, I’ve been working nonstop, and I’m starting to feel both mentally and physically burnt out. To ensure I can continue providing the best care for your pets, I’ll be taking an extra day off each week starting in May, which will be Mondays.

As a result, appointment availability will be more limited, and I won’t be able to accommodate last-minute bookings or overbook my schedule. I kindly ask for your understanding and respect for this change and my time off.
