A Cultist is never late. Nor are they ever early, for they arrive precisely when they mean to.

Except for this post. We are very late with this post.

Another incredible Invertebrate Expo crashed by the Cult. We rejoiced, merriment was had, and our booth had more Cultists behind it than ever before.

As our family grows, so does our appreciation for the community that comes out to see us at these events. More and more familiar faces are stopping by and telling us they are happy with what they got from us last time, and that theyve been looking forward to seeing us again to go home with just a little more. We are proud to breed, propagate, and share what we love. And you can count on us to keep spreading the good word of the Great Plant in the Sky for many many years to come.

So from all of us here at the Cult, thank you. Keep growing. And see you next time.

Stay Moist.

3 days of darkness. Torrential downpours. Freezing temperatures. Dead leaves falling from the sky.

Then the clouds parted, and the Great Plant in the Sky shined down upon Ottawa.

These hobbies allow us to come home to a bit of warmth and life, regardless of what happened during the day. It can be a retreat, an escape, and provide some much needed alone time.

But once in a while, an event arises when we leave our own personal jungles and meet up to revel in each other's passions.

This weekend was one of the best in memory. So many smiles, so many laughs. And so much happiness. This is what the hobby is all about. Loving animals, loving plants, loving ourselves, and loving eachother.

As we move into winter, remember no matter how cold it gets, you can always warm up by the light of an aquarium, a terrarium, or a plant cabinet. Or alternatively, in the warmth of a fellow hobbiest.

May the Great Plant in the Sky shine upon you all.
