This option is completely voluntary and was simply created for customers who would like to receive their order faster and help us speed up our operations so we can finally get everyone’s orders delivered (All undelivered orders are still in our system processing).
Every day, we are shipping both past orders and new orders at the same time. We are doing everything we can to keep the company operating while continuing to fulfill the remaining 2025 orders.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for everything that happened with orders during the 2024-2025 situation.
Unfortunately, our company was severely sabotaged by fraudulent individuals who were involved with the company at the time. Thousands of orders were affected, and to this day, we are still rebuilding the company and dealing with the consequences of what happened.
Despite everything, we never gave up on our customers. Every day, we continue working with the resources we have to find solutions and ship as many orders as possible.

For customers who would like to receive their order immediately, we now offer an option using our inventory currently available in stock.

Again, this option is completely voluntary. You are absolutely not required to pay these additional fees and you can keep your order under the normal fulfillment process.
