Some cats wait much longer than others to find a home, and heartbreakingly, some are never chosen at all 💔

These cats are overlooked in shelters and rescues even though they have so much love to give and will make great companions.

We're proud to have helped so many of these cats find families of their own through our Sponsorship Program! One of them is Sadie (formerly Breeze), a shy senior girl with FIV who waited nearly 2.5 years to be adopted. Today, she is thriving in her new home and showing everyone how perfect she is 🐾

Right now, many of the rescues we work with are struggling to find foster homes during their busiest season. Without fosters, they are limited in how many cats they can take in and help.

Fostering gives cats a safe, loving place to land while they get veterinary care and wait for their forever homes. Most rescues provide supplies and support along the way, you just provide the love 🐾

Introducing Myla! 🐾

This beautiful 8-year-old girl is ready to find a calm, safe home to spend the rest of her years.

Once Myla feels safe, she absolutely melts for head scratches and belly rubs. She likes to be up high so she can peacefully supervise the world from her favourite cozy perch. Myla will undoubtedly make a wonderful companion! 💜

That’s twenty-five senior cats who were given another chance at life because of this community.

From the very beginning with Nora, to this weekend’s adoptions of Zoey and Rayne, every single cat we’ve sponsored has a story worth celebrating. Today, we’re reflecting on all 25 of them - Nora, Lucy, Merritt, Tony, Miss Kitty, Artemis, Dandy, Toast and Jam “TJ”, Mae, Freya, Spring, Lewis, Shania Twain, Phoebe, Tommy, Bunny, Pine, Jack-alope “Jack”, Snook, Jessie, Oscarr, Ollie, Sadie, Zoey, and Rayne ✨
