To our valued clients:

As many of you are aware I have been struggling with chronic work-related injuries for the past 18 months that make it impossible to work when they flare up. At the moment I am having another flare up and have had to cancel some of your appointments, which I hate to do.

I understand that when you book an appointment with me, you carve out time in your schedule which is not always convenient or easy, and having the change that appointment can be a challenge.

I know that I cannot continue to operate my business the same as usual anymore, as my body is not tolerating it. In saying that, I am working hard to make changes to maintain or improve the high level of service that you have come to expect from Canine Coiffur.

Please, accept my most sincere apology for the recent inconveniences, and understand that changes are in the works to better serve you moving forward.
Sincerely
Your groomer
Christine

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time while we navigate this new territory.
