🐾 When a Groom Cannot Be Completed
Your pet’s safety always comes first!
There are situations when I may need to stop a grooming session before the haircut is finished, including:
⚠️ Medical emergencies, such as seizures or sudden illness
🐕 Aggressive behaviour or repeated attempts to bite
💗 Severe stress, panic, or physical exhaustion
✂️ Severe matting, pain, or skin conditions that make continuing unsafe
🚨 Any situation where continuing could put your pet or the groomer at risk
In these circumstances, I will stop the grooming process rather than compromise anyone’s safety.
Please note: An incomplete groom does not mean that no service was provided. Charges may apply for the time spent and work completed, in accordance with the agreed grooming terms.
Thank you for understanding that your pet’s health, comfort, and safety will always come before a finished haircut. ❤️
