How has this handsome boy not received a SINGLE adoption application?! 💔

It truly breaks my heart because Griffen has so much love to give, and he deserves a family to call his very own. 🥹♡

Griffen is such a wonderful boy with so many amazing qualities that would make him a fantastic family companion in the right home!

🐾 Great with people
🐾 Great with other dogs of a suitable size
🐾 Wonderful with children
🐾 Not suitable for a home with cats or small dogs
🐾 Fully house-trained
🐾 Neutered
🐾 Up to date on vaccinations
🐾 On parasite prevention
🐾 Walks incredibly well on a leash
🐾 Very obedient and eager to please

Griffen is still learning to build his confidence, and every single day we see him becoming a little more comfortable and sure of himself. Watching him grow has been such a beautiful thing. 💜

While Griffen does well with people, children, and other compatible dogs, he is not good with cats or small dogs. For everyone's safety and happiness, his forever home will need to be free of both. Finding the right environment for Griffen is incredibly important to us, and we want to set him up for a lifetime of success. ♡

He's not asking for much. Just someone who will love him, be patient with him, and give him the security of knowing he's finally HOME. 🏡❤️

It makes me sad to see such a deserving dog overlooked, especially when he has so much to offer a family.

Somewhere out there is Griffen's person. We just need to find them. ❄️

It's that magical time of year again at Snowflake Meadows Rescue! 🐾✨

We are getting ready for our 3rd Annual Christmas Auction, and we are reaching out to our incredible community for a little Christmas magic! 🎅🎁

Every year, we are blown away by the kindness and generosity of the people and businesses who step forward to support the animals in our care. Without you, so much of what we do simply wouldn't be possible. 💜

🐾 HOW CAN YOU HELP? 🐾

We are looking for donations of all kinds to help make this year's auction another incredible success!

❄️🐾 PRIVATE REHOMING – MEET CAPPUCCINO 🐾❄️

💕 This sweet girl is Cappuccino, affectionately known as Cap, and she's looking for a loving new home to call her own!

Cappuccino is a beautiful, affectionate girl who absolutely loves being close to her people. She's a little cuddle bug who enjoys sleeping beside her owner at night, giving kisses, and purring her heart out! ❤️

🐾 A little about Cappuccino:

💕 Spayed on July 29th, 2025, at the Ontario SPCA Veterinary Hospital in Stouffville.

🐱 Received her initial vaccinations through Orono Veterinary Hospital.

🏡 Indoor cat who enjoys relaxing on the balcony and taking in the fresh air.

❤️ Extremely affectionate and loves cuddling, giving kisses, and sleeping beside her person.

🐾 Comes when her name is called!

🐶 Not particularly fond of dogs, although her owner believes she could adjust to them with time and patience.

👧 Loud noises, especially from children, can frighten her. A quieter home would likely be ideal.

💕 A wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, affectionate kitty.

Cappuccino will also come with plenty of her belongings, including food, toys, beds, feeders, and litter to help make her transition into her new home a little easier.

We would love to see this sweet girl find a wonderful home where she can continue being loved, spoiled, and cherished. 🥹💜

I am NOT your guy. 🤣

Foster Mom says I’m a lovable hunk of meat and maybe only slightly smarter than a bag of rocks. 🪨😂 What can I say? I enjoy the simple things in life.

A good cuddle on the couch.
Food in my bowl.
A bone to chew.
And maybe a buddy to play with. 🐾

I currently live with four other dogs and a cat, and I get along with everyone! However, Foster Mom says I don’t always realize just how big I am. Not every dog understands the way a bully likes to play, so I need dog friends—and humans—who understand me and my shenanigans.

Think “bull in a china shop”... but in slightly slower motion. 🤣

Sometimes I’m not too keen on sharing my food or toys, so I need supervision around those things to make sure everyone respects my boundaries and we all stay happy and safe.

I actually enjoy my crate time! Give me a good bone and I’ll happily chew away until I drift off to sleep. 💤 But if you’re willing to share your bed, I’d also be more than happy to take up an unreasonable amount of it. 😂

Basically, I’m a big, lovable, goofy guy looking for people who understand bully breeds, appreciate my quirks, and want a whole lot of Ghost to love. 💜

So, if you’re looking for a LOOKER more than a THINKER...

❄️💕 Onwards and upwards, sweet girl! 💕❄️

FOUND OWNERS THEY DONT WANT HER BACK

This beautiful girl was brought to us by the OPP after being found as a stray on North Shore Road.

Shortly after her arrival, we quickly discovered who she was, a little about her history, and just how many homes this poor girl has already been through.

For those who may remember, this sweet girl is actually the momma to our Bully Hound puppies, who were surrendered to our rescue some time ago! 🐾❤️

Although we had never met their momma before, we certainly never expected that one day she would find herself in our care as well.

It's heartbreaking to think about how many times this girl has had to adjust to a new home, new people, and a new life. Every dog deserves stability, love, and a place where they truly belong.

But perhaps finding her way to Snowflake Meadows is the beginning of something wonderful. 💜

No more bouncing from home to home. No more uncertainty. Just the opportunity for a fresh start and a family who will love her unconditionally.

Onwards and upwards, beautiful girl. ❄️🐾

We'll find you some wonderful new people to call your very own. People who will give you the love, patience, and forever home you've always deserved. 💕

From Orange to Pop Tart Duggy, this sweet little boy has officially landed himself a wonderful forever home! 🏡🐾💕

And the exciting news doesn't stop there! Pop Tart has also welcomed a brand-new baby brother, Indigo! 👶💙

We want to send a HUGE congratulations to Amy and her beautiful family, not only on the adoption of Pop Tart but also on the safe arrival of their precious baby boy! 💕

Two beautiful new beginnings, one very lucky kitty, and a whole lot of love to go around! 🥹❤️

We couldn't be happier knowing Pop Tart gets to grow alongside his new little brother, creating memories and sharing adventures as they grow up together.
