Abby is 15 years young, and today was all about making her feel as comfortable as she looks. 🤍
Senior grooms are never about rushing the process... they’re about patience, gentle handling, and knowing when comfort matters more than perfection. Seeing this sweet Westie girl freshened up and feeling better is exactly why I love what I do.

📋 Important Appointment Policy Reminder

Dear Clients,

As a courtesy and to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, please note the following appointment policies:

🔹 Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client. (Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at our discretion)

🔹 No-Call / No-Show Appointments:
If an appointment is missed without notice, 50% of the missed grooming fee will be applied. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

Please understand that when an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be filled, resulting in lost wages and scheduling gaps that affect the day’s flow. Your cooperation helps me continue to provide the best care and grooming experience for all pets and their owners.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Just met my very first Tornjak today! What a rare and special boy! 🐾 This gentle giant handled his intensive four hour grooming session like an absolute champ. Such a calm, patient soul… I’m officially in love with the breed 💙

🎥 Just sharing a little behind-the-scenes look at prepping a poodle coat for grooming ✂️🐩

Proper coat prep is so important... it sets the foundation for a clean, smooth finish and helps keep the dog comfortable throughout the groom. In this video, I’m blow drying and carefully combing through the coat to make sure it’s fully dried and free of tangles or mats before any clipping or sc******ng happens.

It’s not the most glamorous part of the process, but it’s one of (if not the most essential) ... and a well-prepped coat really makes all the difference in the finish. 💨🪮

Every poodle is a little different, and I’m always learning and adjusting with each one. This is a Pet trim on a senior pooch, for summer. ☀️ ❤️
