To our wonderful Northside family, please note that Northside Dog Retreat will be closed from October 3rd through November 2nd. ❤️🐶

During this time, our facility will be taking a short break before welcoming all of our amazing pups back! We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.

Where dogs experience cage-free love while you’re away ❤️🐾

To help create a calm, safe, and stress-free check-in experience for every guest, we kindly ask all clients to follow our arrival system:

🟢 GREEN LIGHT = Please enter
🔴 RED LIGHT = Please wait at the gate until the family ahead has completed check-in

For the safety of all dogs and guests:
🐶 All dogs must remain on leash while entering and exiting the building
🚪 Only one family in the office at a time

These small steps help us maintain a smooth, structured, and personalized experience for every pup in our care 🐾
