I am a Canadian who moved to the United States with a Canadian golden retriever named Molson (Samberdee's Molson Golden CD). Once I was in America I got my first show golden and named him Miller (Goldstorm Miller Lite Hiccup CD). Thus, I had the "Beerboys". This was the beginning of a lifetime dream of breeding, training and showing of Golden Retrievers. At Canam Goldens I believe that a Golden Re
triever is not only a member of the family but a loyal and loving friend and companion. My dogs are part of my family. They sleep on my bed, travel to the beach and romp and play with me. I breed for temperament, longevity, health and work ethics. My Goldens are bred for pets, showing, therapy, obedience and agility. I believe in quality not quantity so I only have one or two litters a year which consists of performance, show and good looking pet quality golden retrievers. All puppies are home raised, socialized, dew claws removed, wormed, vaccinated and micro chipped. They have been introduced to a crate, doggie door trained and litter box trained. All puppies are cat friendly. I am a member of the Golden Retriever Club of America and have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Golden Retriever Club for the past six years.
