A Little Reminder About Client Relationships 🐾
Just as clients have the right to choose the groomer they feel is the best fit for themselves and their pets, I reserve the right to choose which clients I continue to work with.
My business is built around providing safe, respectful, compassionate grooming in a low-stress environment—for both the pets in my care and for myself.
That means I may, at my discretion, decline future appointments or end a client relationship when I feel that the relationship is no longer a good fit. This can include situations involving:
• Repeated disrespect or inappropriate communication
• Failure to follow salon policies
• Unreasonable or unrealistic expectations
• Repeatedly missed appointments or unpaid invoices
• Concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of myself, my clients, or their pets
• A breakdown of trust or professional boundaries
This isn’t personal, and it isn’t about expecting every client to agree with every decision I make. It’s about recognizing that a healthy client-groomer relationship requires mutual respect.
I work hard to care for every animal that comes through my door, and I deserve to feel respected while doing so.
Bubbles ‘n Clips is my business, and I have the right to decide who I work with. 💜🐾
Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who understand, respect my policies, and trust me with their beloved pets. I appreciate you more than you know. 🐶🐱
