As the holiday times comes, I would love to do a big donation haul for the shelters and give the animals in need some new items!

Some items that are needed:
- Dog/cat food (kibble/canned/treats)
- Enrichment toys (snuffle mats), regular toys
- Collars, leashes, harnesses, sweaters/coats, p**p bags
- Soft blankets
- Crates, food bowls, litter boxes, dog beds
- Cleaning supplies: bathing towels, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, brooms, sponges, garbage bags
- Small animal food, bedding, toys

Drop off could be at my place when you come for your grooms or .markham

❗️LATE FEES❗️

As I operate as a private 1 on 1, I have a strict schedule to ensure dogs do not overlap or meet outside. Many dogs come to me for the purpose of their dog being the only one in the salon for many reasons (anxiety, over stimulation, reactivity)

PLEASE RESPECT my time, I will always give a 15/20 minutes heads up before your dog will be done and if you need more notice you can let me know beforehand at drop off. As much as I love the extra cuddle time with them, this causes a disruption to my schedule and could also mean I don’t get any breaks or lunch time.

Late drop off:
There is a 15 minute grace period for drop off but if you are over the 15 minutes it will be considered a no show (no show fee will be applied) as I won’t have enough time to finish the groom

Late pick up :
After the 15/20 minutes heads up, if you are later then the time expected there will be a late fee added into the grooming cost that will need to be paid prior to next grooming appointment

Cancellations/no show:
I require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment if you’d like to cancel. This gives me a bit of time to reach out to the ones on my waitlist waiting for an appointment spot! If you are under the 24 hrs there will be a fee that needs to be paid before your next appointment

No show appointments will be required to pay the full groom cost prior to their next appointment

Hi I’m Scarlett and this is Finley my rescued mutt💜

I haven’t officially introduced myself for all the new people on my page so here it is!

Working with dogs and all animals have always been a passion of mine and I am very happy and thankful that I have gotten to make this my full time job.

Thank you to all my current clients for trusting me with your pups, it’s not easy leaving your pets with other people especially if they’ve had a bad experience at another grooming salon. But seeing a dog thrive is why I do what I do! I’m here to answer all your questions and help you feel at ease when you bring your pups to me

This also goes hand in hand with another passion of mine: opening .markham where your dogs can live their life freely! Literally flying through our huge outdoor space 😂
