Horse Tales N Trails Private Boarding Facility with Km's of on property trails. Horse Training and conditioning.

We hope to help people develop an understanding of the horse first and how to become better communicators with them. You may join our herd and board your horse here, attend our clinics and special events with your own horse. Lessons and training for both horse and rider on how to create willing partners and become better communicators with horses are available.

Looking for a true horse-first environment? We're welcoming a couple of trail-loving horse owners to our 98-acre outdoor boarding community in Magnetawan.

At HTNT we give our horses the opportunity to be horses as much as domestication allows.

We enjoy seeing the horses in our care doing some of the things that they would do in the wild, things like developing social bonds with in the herd, grazing, drinking from natural sources and moving at will.

We feel allowing horses to be horses helps them with their mental and physical health. Getting a suitable amount of mobility in a space large enough for them to run and play helps set them up for success and allows them to discover and use thier bodies to a fuller potential. It gives them a good foundation in body and mind and enables them to have a more willing mindset when we are sharing activities together like grooming, training and riding.

We provide quality small square bales when pasture isn't available and continually adapt the feed program as weather and conditions, such as age or workload may require.

We are looking for a couple like minded horse owners who like to keep their horse in an environment that is species specific and enjoys trail riding and distance riding or cross training in a natural and quiet setting.

There is a 5 stall barn with place for tack, feed, kms of on property trails, easy access to trans Canada trail and 50' outdoor sand ring.

Theres still time to reserve your horse experience with us! We have had so much fun this summer sharing our love of horses and this place we call home with you all, we have decided to continue for as long as the weather and conditions permit.
