LIFE THREATENING REACTION TO PFIZER mRNA COVID SHOT IN HEALTHY 12 YEAR OLD GIRL....

A healthy 12‐year‐old girl with NO PREVIOUS MEDICAL HISTORY presented 6 DAYS after her first dose of Pfizer‐BioNTech (BNT162b2) vaccine.

Two days after vaccination, she developed a low‐grade fever with a mild sore throat. The patient did not take any oral prescribed or over‐the‐counter medications or herbal remedies during the past 8 weeks.

On the 6th day after the vaccine, there were erythematous, painful patches and plaques on the chest wall and trunk, which subsequently spread to the face, palms, and soles. Mucocutaneous erosions were observed in the ocular, oral, and ge***al regions. She was diagnosed with TEN and immediately admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit.
