Today we celebrate our wonderful manager Vanessa’s birthday! Vanessa is fierce, deeply compassionate, kind & very hard working. Having her by my side every step of the way as we built Shelbo’s Pack into what it is today, has been so much fun! Truly never a dull moment, and even when times get tough I’m grateful to have her here to help me through it all.

She spends so much time making sure everything runs smoothly, and that the dogs are always having the best time! We are so lucky to have such an amazing, and frankly badass woman on our team. Thank you endlessly for putting so much of your heart into Shelbo’s Pack, we are so lucky to have you.

Please help us wish Vanessa a very happy birthday!!

She will be spending her birthday with her loved ones in Algonquin, so if all communication can be directly to our DM’s or [email protected] to give her the break she deserves 🫶🏻

Some of this weeks walks / visits 🫶🏻

We believe that pack walk is one of our most under rated services, here’s why:

🐕 Active impulse control practice: Integrated drills like down/sit-stays, figure 8’s, and directional changes turn a standard potty break into high-value mental engagement.

🐕 Leash skill generalization: Dogs learn that listening to commands applies everywhere.

🐕 Safe socialization for reactive dogs: Parallel movement combined with active obedience drills keeps frustrated or fearful dogs focused on a job instead of their triggers.

🐕 Real-world distraction proofing: Practicing heel and sit-stays around a moving pack builds a reliable, bulletproof response to high-level real-world distractions.

Would your dog benefit from this?
