17 years of love, memories, and unconditional companionship. My sweet Whiskey, my “Mamas,” you were so much more than a cat. You were family.

Thank you for being by my side for so many years and for filling my life with so much love. Saying goodbye is never easy, but I’ll carry you and all of our memories with me forever.

Attached is a photo of Red. He passed away on Aug 18, 2026. He came into our lives in a tragic state, he was malnourished, a cord wrapped around his neck he never left us. He found us, that was 10 years ago. He was loved by many far and near. We had a by-law in my community which stated all dogs were to be on a leash. No way! We weren't going subject him to that. He roamed free, where ever there were small children, was there, protecting. , the police ,by law officers, garbage men often would leave him treats

He would often walk with me to work and stay there till I was done. He was permitted to enter a church where my son's Gramma went. He was loved by many. He was a gentle soul. We all will always be eternally grateful for the vets and Memory Gardens Pet Crematorium to allowing Red towards his final destination. He was the definition of kindness and love

From the day we first got you from the Rainbow and District Animal Shelter we fell in love with you and that precious smile. You enriched our lives more than you will ever know. For 13.5 years you were our world and we built our lives around you, including you in everything we could. Helping you cross the Rainbow Bridge was one of the hardest decisions we have had to make, but you needed and deserved peace. I hope you are watching the humming birds, running free at Windy Lake and have endless car rides. We will miss your early morning walk to look for rabbits and your nighttime walk to check out the fireflies. I pray you find comfort, a warm bed, some good company and always have a full belly while you wait for us.
Thank you to Dr. Armstrong and Lynn from Martindale Animal Hospital for helping Reacher through this time. Your kindness, compassion and love for animals shines through. I can't imagine what days like that Tuesday do to you guys, but thank God you are here for us. Thank you for loving and caring for our pets.

Thank you to Memory Gardens for accomodating us and for being so kind and understanding. You made us feel comfort and trust in a very distressing situation. Thank you for taking care of our boy and getting him back to us so promptly and so professionally, you are amazing.
