When we set out to redesign our website, our goal was simple: to create an online experience that reflects the same personalized, welcoming care you'll receive when you walk through our doors.

Every photo throughout the website (with the exception of a few client-submitted testimonial photos) was taken within the walls of our hospital. We wanted you to see the spaces where your pets are cared for, learn about the experience and expertise of the team caring for them, and become familiar with our hospital before your visit. Long Weekend Hours Reminder 🐾

As you get ready to enjoy the Civic Holiday long weekend, we'd like to remind our clients that we will be closed on Monday, August 3.

If your pet needs a prescription refill or you're running low on food, please stop by before the holiday weekend to ensure you have everything you need. We will reopen and resume our regular business hours on Tuesday, August 4.

📢 Exciting System Updates Are Coming! 💙🐾

We're making an exciting upgrade to better serve you and your pets!

As part of our transition to a new practice management system, our hospital will be closed on Monday, July 13 while our team completes the final transfer of patient records and ensures everything is ready for a smooth launch.

What this means for you:

🐾 Our office will be closed on Monday, July 13.
🐾 We will reopen with our regular business hours on Tuesday, July 14.
🐾 Appointment reminders will become even more convenient! Instead of receiving reminder postcards in the mail, you'll receive reminders by text message or email.

To make sure you don't miss any important appointment reminders, please take a moment to confirm that we have your current email address and mobile phone number on file.

We appreciate your patience as we make this transition. Moving to a new practice management system will allow us to communicate with you more efficiently, improve access to your pet's medical records, and continue providing the highest level of care for you and your furry family members.

🇨🇦 As a reminder, our veterinary hospital will be closed tomorrow (July 1) in celebration of Canada Day.

If your pet has a medical emergency while we are closed, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

As you celebrate, please keep your furry family members safe and comfortable:

🐾 Ensure fresh, cool water and shaded areas are always available.
🐾 Plan walks for early morning or later in the evening when temperatures are lower.
🐾 Never leave pets unattended in a parked vehicle.
🐾 Fireworks can be stressful. Please keep pets indoors in a quiet, secure space with windows closed and background noise to help mask sounds.
🐾 Confirm collars fit properly and that ID tags and microchip information are current.

Thank you to Gravel Driveway Services and Signature Line Painting for the parking lot makeover this weekend. The weather has not allowed the sealer to fully cure yet, so please park at the mall until the traffic cones are removed at our entrance. Thank you!
