🐎 Tailwind Equestrian – Hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Barn Staff 🐎
Tailwind Equestrian is currently looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our tight-knit, professional show barn. Our business is growing quickly with a full roster of clients and training horses, and we are expanding our team to keep up with demand. This is an exciting time to become part of our program and grow with us.
Position Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Feeding and watering horses
• Turning horses in and out
• Blanketing and general horse care
• Cleaning stalls and barn upkeep
• Cleaning and maintaining tack
• Grooming and tacking horses
• Lunging
• Administering medications
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of basic horse care
• Comfortable handling Grand Prix horses and young horses
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
