Offering board for the following spaces-

South Edmonton/Leduc/Nisku

1-2 spaces in mares pasture- Grass & year round alfalfa in summer. TB/suitable WB types. Full time feed.

All pastures have 2 shelters/two feeders.

1 in pony gelding, 1 in pony mare- low sugar hay on net/fence feeders.

1 small pony pen- geldings- low sugar, same set up above.

Indoor board $1100-1300, all inclusive.
Blanketing, grain, etc. Pasture or semi private for turnout.

Indoor arena 70x140

Outdoor arena 100x200

Round pen

Attached barn, heated with stalls, tack area, locker etc.

Injury & Quarantine pens available. 12x15 injury stall.

Property is limited to in program riders only- whether be horse in training, young horse development, hunter jumper, general development or dressage.

Limited private pens.
Negative Coggins & min ehv 1/influenza vaccine required.
All horses must go through quarantine in which they can use outdoor facilities in that time.
