The Wheaten is an alert and happy-go-lucky dog, graceful, strong and well coordinated, playful and friendly. They make great watchdogs but are not at all aggressive. They are very loving with children and get along with other dogs, especially when they are well socialized when they are young. ng and self-confident. A Wheaten Terrier is very intelligent and they quickly understand what is expected of them. They seldom bark unnecessarily. They are non-shedding and great for families where allergies is an issue. The Standard Poodle is proud, elegant, dignified and good-natured. These dogs are known for their high level of intelligence and are one of the most trainable breeds. They are pleasant, happy and sensitive to their "human's" needs and emotions. Standard Poodles have a tendency to be more calm than the smaller varieties of poodles. They need to be with people and dislike being left alone. They adore attention, sitting calmly while being groomed. They are friendly toward strangers and excellent with children as well as being very accepting of other family pets from cats and chickens to horses. These dogs are always eager to please and are a very loyal and loving pet full of personality. Poodles also are non-shedding and hypo-allergenic. Whoodes are a perfect blend of the two breeds inheriting qualities from both parents. Whoodles, like Wheatens, may be born one colour and generally change colour to some degree as they get older. This tendency is from the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier which is born brown and develop into the beautiful wheaten colour as adults. Our Standard Whoodles can range anywhere fro 30 to 55 lbs. Wheadles have the same weight range. Size all depends on which parent the pups take after most. They are a very loving and extremely affectionate breed of dog that loves to be close to their families whether hanging out at home, hiking, camping or swimming. They particularly love water. With the high level of intelligence of the Standard Poodle, these pups are usually extremely easy to housetrain. Our pups are all raised in family homes where they are given lots of attention. They are handled frequently and given lots of love and cuddling.
