Every rescue story is special, but Puzzle’s feels like fate. 🧩❤️

After enduring years without the care she deserved, Puzzle was rescued by the Nova Scotia SPCA - Dartmouth Shelter and spent seven months receiving treatment for complex medical needs before finding the loving home she’d always dreamed of. As a proud PetSmart Charities of Canada partner, the Nova Scotia SPCA helped support Puzzle’s recovery and medical journey, giving her a second chance at a happy and healthy life.

When Brett and Jodi met Puzzle, they instantly knew she belonged with them. What they didn't expect was the incredible coincidence that followed: Brett had a tattoo sleeve featuring a single puzzle piece intentionally left unfinished. Around the same age as Puzzle herself, the tattoo's missing piece suddenly seemed to make perfect sense. 🥹

Today, Puzzle is thriving with her forever family, and is living her best life filled with walks, camping trips, toys and endless love. 🥰

Puzzle's story proves that sometimes the missing piece isn’t a thing at all... it has four paws. 🐾

Meet Nash, he has the face of a cat who has absolutely no business still waiting for a home for this long!! Please help us by sharing Nash, he needs his purr-son to find him!

Some cats are sweet, some cats are affectionate and then there’s Nash.
Nash is quite possibly one of the sweetest, nicest, most loving cats you will ever meet. He absolutely adores people and has that special kind of personality that makes you wonder how on earth this boy is still waiting for someone to choose him.

5 year old Nash came to C.A.R.E.S. when his family was moving, and we truly believe he misses having a home of his own. He loves his people, loves attention and would be happiest knowing he belongs to someone again.

And can we please talk about his face?! That little beauty spot on his nose, and his gold eyes and those ridiculously cute little white toes.
We are completely smitten. 🖤🤍

Nash does have one little quirk that his adopter should know about. He was born with curved nail beds, which means his nails grow in an unusual direction. It doesn't bother him or affect his quality of life at all, but he does need a nail trim a couple of times a year to keep them comfortable and maintained. ❤️

For Nash, we're looking for a quieter, adult home without small children or dogs where he can settle in, feel safe and once again be someone's beloved companion.
Because honestly…this boy deserves to be someone's everything.

🖤🤍 We keep asking ourselves how is it possible Nash is still here? If you're looking for a cat who will adore you, keep you company and happily be your little shadow, Nash might be the boy you've been waiting for.
