🐾 Fun Fact Friday!

Did you know dogs can sweat through their paw pads? While panting is their main way of cooling down, those little pads have sweat glands too!

Ever spotted damp paw prints from your pup on a dry floor? Now you know why!
(Those are Riley’s feet, by the way)

🐾 FUN FACT FRIDAY! 🐾

Did you know your dog’s whiskers are actually sensory equipment? 🐶

They can detect tiny changes in air currents, helping dogs sense nearby objects and navigate their surroundings — especially when visibility is poor.

So those whiskers aren’t just there to make them look cute… although they’re pretty good at that too. 😂❤️

🐾 Fun Fact Friday!

Did you know a dog’s nose print is as unique as a human fingerprint?

No two dogs have exactly the same pattern of ridges and grooves on their nose. In fact, nose prints have even been used as a way to identify individual dogs!

While microchips are still the best form of permanent identification, your dog’s nose is one of nature’s own unique ID cards.

(No, we haven’t taken Riley’s nose print - we don’t need to, they’re all over the windows!)
