A week ago tonight, I got to do one of my favourite things for the last time. Each night after closing, I was allowed to run loose and go sniff around. This time I was a little slower because my cancer progressed, and I was in kidney failure. The human made a very hard decision to let me go the next morning.
Thank you to all my Derp Lovers. 💖

I won a new one 2nd Place for Exterior last weekend in my first Advanced WORKING stream scent detection trial, and won FOUR on January 30th!
I’m on a waitlist for next weekend’s trial, and then will entering for one in March.

Had a fun morning at nosework practice, but was forced to pose for pics.
Only derped out in one search, which is good since I’m entered in a trial next weekend! We’re hoping to finish off my Advanced title. I need Interior and Exterior for that. Annnnd the human got all ambitious and entered me in some Games components - Distance and Speed x 2.
And now I must nap.

Okay okay, my bad. I thought yesterday was a BoneHEAD challenge. 🥴
So today I was punished with manual labour, and had to (what felt like!) till the fields. Apparently, it was supposed to be fun 🙄. And other dogs like it. 🙄🙄.
Now I’m back at home, and was rewarded with a nice hunk of emu neck for slaving so hard, ANNNND doing really good in finding rats. I even did the tunnels!
