The Newfie puppies are two weeks old and wow, they are little chonkers! Their eyes are open and they are moving and grooving on those wobbly little legs. We'll be expanding their area today so they have more room to wander about in.

Next up is Bahloo bear, father of all of our Newfoundland puppies! He is a big suck. When I give him a hug he tucks his head and pushes into me, like he is hugging me back. He absolutely loves to play fetch and to race everyone down the driveway (within our fence of course). His favourite thing ever though is going to the retirement home to see all of the residents. Bahloo gets so so excited and bounces around and runs to the car! And then he tries to take a nap in everyone's room... 😂Even at 6 years old he is just a big goof that loves to play. And before anyone asks, because I get asked this all the time, his colouring is grey, not black 😅 He is great with kids (he loves to wrestle!) and thinks everyone is his new best friend.

I was going to wait to post these after puppies went home but I have decided to post them now anyways. I had a little photoshoot with each of my dogs so each day I will post about them individually. Might be 1 per day, might be 3, whatever feels right. I do this every coupe of years so people can get to know the crew :)

I am starting off with Artemis! The mother of all of our golden puppies. She is so so sweet, absolutely loves attention and if you've met her in person you know she ALWAYS has a toy in her mouth. And not for you to throw or tug, although she does enjoy a good game of tug, it is just because that is how she expresses she is excited to see you! It is always accompanied by her little happy whines. Whenever she wants pets she will run up, sit down as close as physically possible and staaaaare. She loves her babies when they are babies but if they come back for a visit she is one TOUGH MAMA. She does not put up with misbehaving teenagers lol Artemis is absolutely wonderful with children and is such a gentle soul. 🥰

Finally had a sunny day so we got some fun outside today! The puppies have an entire acre fenced in for them but they rarely go passed the first puppy area. I should do a video tour of where they are raised for people that can't come see that for themselves. So stay tuned for that I guess! lol

Still one lovely little girl available from this litter! Can't believe someone hasn't scooped her up yet tbh.

Here are the goldens! They grew so much this week! These puppies are just absolute sweethearts. I love my newfies but the goldens are just extra sweet. They are so so good with Jason too. I was hoping to get some fun outdoor photos but the monsoon has convinced them that outside is not super fun right now. Looking forward to some sunny days next week so these babes can do some frolicking!
