​I need to step away from the salon for a little while to travel and be with family, as my pop has been moved to palliative care.

​I am pausing all appointments while I am away. I will reach out to everyone to reschedule and update you on my return dates as soon as I am back home. Thank you all so much for your understanding, patience, and kindness during this difficult time

🚨 **REMINDER OF MY POLICIES ** 🚨

This week has been the worst week to date , almost 1k in lost wages. .

I love your pups, but I can't groom ghosts. 👻🐶

Effective immediately, the following policies will be enforced:

🐾 **No-Show Fee:** 50% -1st offence
100% of the scheduled groom -2nd offence **
🐾 **Same-Day Cancellation Fee:**50% -1st offence
100% of the scheduled groom -2nd offence**
🐾 **10+ Minutes Late?** Your appointment will be canceled, and you'll be charged the ** 50% of the scheduled groom cancellation fee**.

***2 No-Shows will require a $100 deposit**

My schedule is planned around each appointment. When someone doesn't show up, cancels last minute, or arrives late, it takes time away from other clients and hurts my business.

My time is just as valuable as your own and if I’m not working I’m making $0.00 an hour and bill companies don’t accept IOU’s 🖤

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as much as I respect yours. ❤️

Just a quick heads-up that I will be stepping away from the grooming table this coming Wednesday to soak up a little summer sunshine (maybe not on the island haha) and enjoy a much-needed mini-vacation! 🏖️✨

​While our Canada Day looks a little different this year with the postponed festivities, the smoke, and the rain, our community's strength and care for one another—and our fur babies—shines brighter than ever.

​We are incredibly grateful to the firefighters, emergency crews, and volunteers working tirelessly to keep Labrador West safe. ❤️
