🐾❤️ A LITTLE NOTE TO MY CURRENT AND FUTURE CLIENTS! ❤️🐾

I probably see your dog more often than you see your family doctor! 😂

So I thought it was time for a few friendly (but important!) reminders about how things work at Stylish Dog Grooming.

⏰ 1. PLEASE BE ON TIME — ESPECIALLY FOR PICK-UP!

Please plan your day around your dog's grooming appointment:

✂️ Full Grooming: approximately 2 hours
🛁 Bath & Tidy: approximately 1.5 hours
⏱️ Please allow ±15 minutes.

I always send a text 20–40 minutes before your dog is ready, so you have time to arrange your pick-up.

Of course, traffic happens! 🚗 A delay of up to 15 minutes is understandable, but please plan accordingly.

🐶 2. ONE DOG AT A TIME — THAT'S MY PROMISE!

My grooming philosophy is simple: one-on-one attention, no overlapping appointments, and a calm environment.

Your dog gets my full attention, without having to share the space with other dogs.

I take this commitment seriously, and I kindly ask you to help me keep that promise. ❤️

📅 3. THE 4-MONTH RULE — AN IMPORTANT ONE!

I only work with clients who maintain a regular grooming schedule with NO MORE THAN 4 MONTHS BETWEEN VISITS.

If more than 4 months have passed since your dog's last appointment, unfortunately, I will have to decline future appointments.

Why? Because regular grooming isn't just about looking cute!

The more often we see each other, the more comfortable your dog becomes. We build trust, learn each other's little habits, and eventually become a pretty good team! 🥰

And let's be honest, fewer tangles make both your dog and your groomer much happier!

🗓️ 4. YOUR FAVOURITE APPOINTMENT TIME? SO IS SOMEONE ELSE'S! 😉

If you prefer a particular day or time, please book 3–4 weeks in advance.

Popular time slots fill up quickly, and a little planning helps make sure you get the appointment that works best for you!

❤️ 5. HEALTH UPDATES — PLEASE KEEP ME IN THE LOOP!

Has anything changed with your dog's health, behaviour, or medications?

Even if it seems like a small thing, please let me know before your appointment.

I work closely with your dog, and knowing about these changes helps me make grooming as safe and comfortable as possible.
