Great News!!! 🐾❤️🐾❤️
Max has been found safe!!
Its a miracle this little guy survived 6 nights alone. Besides a few cuts and about 1000 burrs stuck in his fur he is otherwise perfect. Sadly we had to shave him naked to get all the burrs off but his hair will grow back ❤️
This little guy is definitely a trooper.
I am so happy for his family and it was an honor to get him all cleaned up and ready for all the snuggles 💓

Today this old lady gave me a heart attack... she was done her groom. Bow tie on, collar on, harness on ready for pick up. I was busy vacuuming. When I was done I didnt see her sitting at the door which is where she is usually waiting for her mom.... I scanned the room and then saw her on my desk chair waiting for more treats... cuz trust me she already had quite a few 🤣

Hi all.
Just a quick message. Due to the increasing amount of people not sending EMT day of appointment and my need to "remind" people I will have to now strictly enforce my payment policy
Which is and always was that payment must be made before dog is released
I have chosen EMT as my "electronic" payment method because it doesn't involve any fees to me or you
As a small business owner I have tried to keep my costs as low as possible which in turn keeps costs low to customers.

However being that I am a one woman show I simply dont have the time to chase people for money on services provided.
In between grooming I have to return messages to book appointments... im the person behind the reminder texts. I dont use AI or any automated system because I want that personal touch.
So going forward
Etransfer must be sent before pick up ..... reminder your phone wont work in the shop given the metal wall fortress
Cash is KING always and gladly accepted
But for the forgetful people I will have a debit machine that will come at an extra fee to you.
I appreciate your understanding on this situation

Not everyone gets to groom a real life Snuffleupagus
I always forget just how BIG Miss Hazel is until I get her on the table
Of course I forgot an "after" picture because its Saturday 🥴 but I can assure you she left behind enough hair to make another dog!
She was due for a spring 🌼 trim.
