To the friends of Joyaseda Havanese,
At this time we sadly must announce that after 20 years, Joyaseda Havanese is officially closed. My sister and I would like to thank all of you for supporting our Mother over the years.
Our Mother, Sigrid Erdmann, was determined, not only to do her best for the Havanese breed, but also, to help fellow breeders succeed in their own breeding programs. Many times I overheard my Mother on the phone giving advice on genetics and offering help to others who needed it. She was always willing to help new breeders find confidence and loved having discussions with experienced breeders.
Our mother provided furry family members and breeding dogs all over Canada, and for a time, the USA, Mexico, Europe and Russia. She was happy to help so many.
So, this is the time when we must say that there are no more puppies or older dog for sale, we will no longer be responding to messages, texts, calls or comments. The Joyaseda Havanese page will remain up until the end of the year.
My sister and I would, again, like to thank you for your support during this difficult time, but also, for showing interest in our Mother's dogs.
