SALE PENDING!!
MERLIN IS LOOKING FOR HIS PERSON! 😍
Keep an eye out for amazing pictures and videos this week!! In the meantime some fun pics and videos in the comments 🤠
Beautiful black boy, feather to DIE for, and built like Moto Moto from Madagascar. Thick, thick, THICK.
He is the epitome of a Gypsy Vanner!!
This handsome 5-year-old is a top-bred SD Touchdown baby, standing approximately 14.1hh, with a whole lot of hair, a whole lot of personality, and absolutely ZERO ambition to become a racehorse. 😂
Merlin was started later due to our international move, which makes him a terrific opportunity for someone wanting a quality young horse with a fantastic foundation and plenty of potential!
Here's where he's at:
🐴 Excellent walk, trot, canter.
🐴 Picks up his correct leads.
🐴 Learning to move off leg pressure.
🐴 Backing up nicely.
🐴 Developing good direct rein steering.
🐴 Has moved cows and, most importantly, DID NOT KILL ME or care at all!!
🐴 Starting to trail ride in the Arizona desert and doing fantastic!
🐴 Barefoot, sound, no injuries or vices.
🐴 Wonderful, quiet, kind demeanor.
🐴 Gets along with absolutely everyone in the herd.
🐴 Takes wonderful care of our babies and makes sure they learn the ropes. He's basically the responsible adult in the pasture and 100% the fun police. ❤️
Great for the farrier and vet!
Bathing and grooming is nap time 💤
Excellent to trailer load and haul.
Introduced to mountain trail obstacles and loved them!!
Now, let's discuss his athletic ambitions. 🐢
Merlin has approximately 97% WHOA and 3% GO. 😂
If you're looking for your next barrel horse, keep scrolling. This is NOT your guy. Hahaha!
If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, kind-hearted boy who thinks conserving energy is a legitimate career choice, WE HAVE YOUR MAN.
And yes, if he looks absolutely EXHAUSTED in this picture, it's because he loped circles today. Apparently, it was a near-death experience. Please respect his privacy during this difficult time. 😂
There isn't a mean bone in this boy's body. We absolutely LOVE him to bits, and he's going to make someone a wonderful partner.
He's still green and needs more miles and experience, but he's got such a lovely mind and a fantastic start.
I'm absolutely willing to keep him in my training program after a sale to continue his education and get more miles on him!
All of our horses are sold with our “Bring Back” Consignment Sale Option!
If life changes down the road, you need to sell, or things just aren't working out, you're always welcome to bring your horse back to us. We'll take them on consignment, handle the sale, and help find them another wonderful home! Our commitment to our horses doesn't end when they leave our ranch! ❤️
