We had our lovely girl Mumi come to the clinic today for a pregnancy ultrasound.

If your dog is expecting and a C-section might be needed, an ultrasound beforehand is more than just a precaution, it’s essential. 🐶🩺

It was puppy day today at Southside Pet Hospital! 💖

We were fortunate enough to have a such a special breed of dog stop by the clinic. Xoloitzcuintle (pronounced "show-low-eats-QUEENT-lee") is a breed of hairless dog that originated from Mexico. The name is derived from that of the Aztec Indian god Xolotl and Itzcuintli, the Aztec word for dog.

These little ones came in today for their first set of vaccines, deworming medication, and microchips. They were all very brave and got lots of attention at the clinic.

The breeder has three male pups that still need forever homes. If you are interested in owning one of these handsome little guys, please reach out!

We just wanted to let all our clients know that February is Dental month here at the clinic. We are offering 10% off for all dental procedures booked and preformed in the month of February. We also offer a complementary dental exam for your pet.

By doing a dental on your pets teeth it removes all the plaque and tartar from the teeth. By cleaning your pet's teeth it will help the dog keep the teeth they do have.

Hope you have a fur-tastic Halloween with tricks and treats! Just remember to keep your furry friends safe inside tonight so they are comfortably away from the all the trick or treaters. Also remember to keep them away from the candy as a lot of it is not good for your pets.
