Directions Website

R&J Stables: Sami’s Place Therapeutic Riding Centre Therapeutic horseback riding, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), Trail Rides, Team-building, Outdoor Education, Summer camp, Birthday Parties, Ages 5+

My name is Heather Matile and I have recently retired from a 30 year career in teaching, both in Toronto and in my new home in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. The move to a 60 acre farm with my husband and four children has made it possible for me to pursue the passion I have for horses and working with children and teenagers. Regardless of experience and confidence level, children, teens and adults, will feel comfortable and at ease when they visit R&J Stables and benefit from spending time in nature with our gentle horses and other animals. Services: Equine Assisted Learning (E.A.L), beginner lessons, limited intermediate lessons, Summer and March Break camps, outdoor education and team building programs
