Hey everyone 👋🏼

Kato would like to let everyone know that I will be starting callbacks this week, and will be getting back to everyone’s messages I promise you have not been forgotten about💕

It’s been a stressful month but please know each of you were on my mind and missed dearly🤗

Few updates going forward into busy season:

- Cancellation and no show fees without 24 hour notice will be put on your next bill!

- To ensure everyone picks up and drops on time and a reminder I am not a daycare service I will be charging extra $40 dollars for anyone who is more than 20 minutes late for drop off or anything over 30 minutes for pick up.

I’m not doing this to be cruel but to be fair not to just my other clients but your dogs! As you know I work with a lot of dogs that are reactive, shy, traumatized dogs or not dog friendly. This also ensures any dog’s safety as I space out clients to ensure no dog meets from different households! I need the time to be slow and gentle with a lot of the dogs I work with and I can’t do my job properly if I’m worrying about pick ups!

- Prices will be changing in the new year!

I’ve been trying very hard to keep my prices low and affordable for everyone but my grooming tools and supplies are getting more expensive!

Please know that my nail trim and dremel prices will stay the same to ensure I can help as many people as I can at an affordable price! I also still do my loyalty nail trim program. Pay for 9 nail trims, get the 10th FREE🐾

Important Reminder‼️

Flu season is upon us soon that being said please be respectful, masks and hand sanitizer and be switching to slip leads only so no dog gear!

Last year I got very sick, and was down for two months with the flu after Christmas rush and right into the new year, I gained a secondary chest infection after my body was compromised from the first flu! This is very dangerous for me being autoimmune compromised. To ensure this doesn’t happen if you’ve been in contact or are sick let’s reschedule appointments or we can work something out, just let me know so I can prepare.

All fee’s will be waved to ensure my health and safety and yours, I appreciate your understanding!

Hey everybody👋🏼

It’s been a while since I’ve posted but wanted to check in with all my favourite clients to let you know that I am ok🤗

I made a little video to check in with you all, please know you are all loved and dearly missed!!

At this time I will not be booking anyone till mid September! This gives me time to get some tests done, hopefully some results and answers back before my mid fall and Christmas rush!!🐶

My reply time will be slow, but I will get back to each of you as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I navigate through this💕

That’s an official summer wrap up‼️

“BOOKS NOW CLOSED” I made it safely to Vancouver! My surgery is today🥹 That being said please know I will be off for 4- 8 weeks to heal and recover🤗

My mind is seriously blown away from the generosity, the sweet gifts, extra tips (wasn’t necessary but greatly appreciated), to the many warm and thoughtful hugs, the laughs and the cry’s, to all the get wells and good healing vibes and even those offers of assistance while I recover from surgery! You guys are the real deal, my heart is filled with such warmth and admiration for each of you😭

I worked so hard to build a business from the ground up so that people felt safe leaving their dogs in my care. Sure it doesn’t always work out, that’s ok but most importantly never imagined having such great relationships outside of loving your dogs as much as you do. My heart fights to give every single dog the best care, and that looks different for each of them! Your dogs are everything to me but so are you, and all this love has wrapped me in the biggest bubble of warmth and I’m not resisting I’m truly grateful and sending that love right back to each of you!

On a sad note: I won’t being doing Halloween photo’s this year, I’ll be rebooking slowly to get back into rhythm but don’t worry I’ll be ready for my famous Christmas photo donation drive😏

While I wish this was a vacation, it’s not and my main focus will be my healing and with that my responses will be very slow please keep that in mind but I promise I’m not ignoring you entirely. Please do not feel you need to wait for me, if you need to get your dogs in for their spa days else where please do especially nail care! Their well being is all that matters to me🐾
