A little mountain air, two good horses, and my favourite riding partner. ❤️

Silver and Crow took us into some beautiful country today, and along the way, we crossed paths with a little herd of wild horses.

These are the days that remind us just how fortunate we are to live the life we do.

Nothing fancy. Just good horses, wild country, and memories made along the way.

Freckles was back on the pay wagon today haha he had to stand at the tree & eat a bucket of alfalfa while getting his mane & tale braided ☺️

Skoden also had to stand very still to have his mane & tail done

And Crow 🫶🏽 got to feel what it’s like to help nerves & emotions in people experiencing horses for the first time and was an absolute gentleman

I think it’s the coolest thing to witness - watching horses work through their own emotions and relay it back to people / helping them work through emotions

He is going to go on in life and help change peoples lives, I have such a strong feeling of that for him

horses are incredible healers

We also switched up the saddles - this saddle has only ever just sat on silver (silver won it this year)
And I’ve been hoping it would fit one of my horses 😍 so far so good

CROW had the right start in life with professional training and has since spent time with Jordan, further developing into the solid, dependable gelding he is today.

**There are no holes in this horse under saddle.**

He came to Jordan to be exposed to all the extra things in life, like ropes, flags, jumping around, tarps, etc etc which he handled extremely well (posted videos of this through out his time with us on Facebook)

CROW is the kind of horse that makes every ride enjoyable. He is quiet, willing, light in the hand, and has a solid, sensible mind. Whether he's heading down the trail or working through obstacles, he approaches everything thoughtfully and confidently.

On the ground, CROW is just as enjoyable. He's easy to handle, incredibly friendly, loves attention, and genuinely enjoys being around people.

* NOTE: he does best on sugar free hay and Limited to no pasture
