Another great day to wag our tails about! Heidi had the mini Nelson package and was a four legged tourist. We exploded Ray Brydon park and trails, watched osprey from Heron Point Lookout and had a nice treat break in the air conditioned palace. Book your walk today!

Question Time: How many dogs do you walk at once?

Well that is a dog darn good question!!
Have you ever seen those dog walkers walking six or seven dogs tied around their waist at one time. And there’s always the little guy stuck in the middle getting dragged along? Well, that’s not me I don’t think that’s fair nor do I think that’s safe.

I only walk the dogs from one family per walk usually at the most it’s two dogs at a time, same family, same household. It’s all about their time and their path!

This is the walk for the more adventurous dog in your life! Think country songs and back roads, mountain tops and trails. Gravel roads and sunsets might be the goal. Lots of time for squirrel watching and active sight seeing! High bursts of energy and enthusiasm are perfect 🤩. If this sounds like a perfect fit for your dog , let’s make it happen.

Inspiration: The love of my life, Koda (Dakoda), a Siberian Husky who loved and lived her life with passion for exploration and people. Her kind heart graced our earth for 16 years. Siberian Huskies are known for their high energy, desire for play and love of the outdoors. She also loved to “talk back”.

The Aloha Walk: (Invermere or Calgary) 25.00 per 60 min walk.

This is our give back package. For the months of August and September any Aloha Walk will have part of the proceeds donated to the Maui Humane Society. We have already made a donation on behalf of Wilson Wanders!

The inspiration: So many wonderful memories spent in Maui. Our last visit had us there until 3 days before the fire. We count our blessings and want to give back.

This will be our Charity Give Back Walk and name will reflect charity of choice as we move forward 🙂.

Ready to book your walk? Here is walk special number 1!

1. Nelson’s Walk Package (50.00 and up) location Invermere. Ideal booking time 3 hours.

Let me be your tour guide for the day! Enjoy the beautiful weather and shores of Windermere Lake. Nelson’s walk includes playing in the waves at the Marina, a visit to railroad bridge, scoping out the new and improved ball park, heron and turtle watching at Dorothy Lake, a leisurely trip through town , a visit to Kinsmen Beach (the dog friendly side, you won’t have to bail us out of trouble)and a secret spot to play in the snow! This walk is broken up with air conditioned breaks and some couch cuddle time.

The “good boy” that inspired the very first official walk package and the inspiration behind this all!! Nelson is a Saskatchewan tourist who came with his lovely family for a wedding event. He needed a place to hang out and someone to show him around and we hit it off immediately. While walking Nelson, I came up with the name Wilson Wanders and the idea of walk packages. Although I have walked many dogs and loved my own, he was the one!
