Groundswell Community Passive Solar Greenhouse and Gardens is located in Invermere, BC. We are open year round, with our main focus being Spring thru Fall with โ€œas Nature intendedโ€ all natural market garden veggies, herbs and fruits. We are focused on developing composting research and production, Living Soil initiatives and regenerative/permaculture practices. We offer hands on courses, workshops

and events for our members, general public, schools and community organizations. We are dedicated to bringing education, skills and healthy growing practices and food to the communities of the Columbia Valley.

Features amazing pears, apples and calendula salve. We also have kale, cherry and green large tomatoes, zucchini, plums and squash coming soon, and so many cucumber now on sale.

Hours: Weekend mornings 9 - 12, and Weekdays 10 until 2:30

A true taste of the season! Weโ€™re enjoying succulent roasted pork infused with apricots and apples, resting on a medley of locally sourced roasted vegetables. Join Groundswell for a free for members Gardens and Farm tour!
Visit a garden site in Wilmer, a farm south of Invermere and Groundswellโ€™s very own Greenhouse and Gardens. Learn about gardening on a south facing slope, raised beds, different irrigation options, and all things gardening in the Valley. Close out the afternoon with a visit to the Groundswell gardens and greenhouse.

The 1st garden tour starts at 12:30 pm, 2nd farm tour at 2:00 pm & 3rd garden tour at 3:30 pm. Please be on time! Sign up and we will send you a map and more information about each site.

Please come prepared for the weather. We recommend bringing snacks, and water.
