Our TopDogs have been working hard on Body Awareness training using a mix of boxes, chairs, trampolines, and other fun obstacles! This kind of training helps dogs learn where their bodies are in space;something that doesn’t always come naturally.
By stepping, balancing, backing up, and navigating different surfaces, they’re building coordination, confidence, and strength. It’s especially important for injury prevention, improving athletic performance, and supporting overall mobility, whether your dog is a sport competitor or a beloved couch companion.
Plus, it’s a fantastic mental workout that boosts focus and problem-solving skills. Tired body + engaged brain = a happy, fulfilled dog 🐶✨
