🔎 ISO: DRESSAGE TRAINING FACILITY / BLOCK OF STALLS – KING AREA 🐴
Posting on behalf of a well-established professional dressage trainer looking for a new location to operate her training business.
📍 Location: Ideally within 25–30 minutes of King, Ontario
Looking for:
• Block of approximately 10–12 dry stalls
• Insulated indoor arena
• Outdoor arena
• Dry stall / DIY arrangement preferred
• Open to discussing other arrangements depending on the facility and available staff
A shared facility is absolutely an option — happy to share with a hunter/jumper program, provided there is some flexibility for the jumps to come down periodically so the full arena is available for dressage schooling.
If the right facility is more than 25–30 minutes from King, an apartment or house on the property would be required.
The trainer is an experienced, easy-going, drama-free professional with a well-established training business and clientele. She is simply looking for a good facility where she can focus on training horses and getting the work done.
This is not a high-traffic boarding operation. The majority of the training, riding and day-to-day horse care is handled directly by the professional trainer, so there would not be a constant flow of boarders/owners coming and going throughout the day.
Looking for a quiet, professional, mutually beneficial long-term arrangement with a farm owner who may have an underutilized block of stalls or space within their existing facility.
🐴 Private farms, training facilities, portions of larger barns, and off-market opportunities all welcome.
