To be able to continue offering our clients our specialized services, price increases were unavoidable. Reminder that increases for our private services has come into effect.

Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. We have had several no shows lately & a waitlist for our services. It is impossible to fill appointment times without prior days notice. 50% no show fee will be applied for missed appointments. This is unavoidable to be able to continue to offer you private services.

We are only able to get new clients in when we have cancelations. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please send us a message or join through our booking app.

We have some availability in the coming weeks for Deshedding Treatments! AND will be implementing some referral rewards for our amazing clients! We are extending our hours in the new year & excited to welcome new clients. We are so thankful to help even more dogs with our specialized, private services.

Let’s talk no shows! The amount of no shows and last minute cancellations has made me question if offering private appointments is something I can keep doing. I simply can’t move on to the next dog, my shop is empty & income is lost.

I had to reduce my hours earlier this year due to my health. Trying to accommodate too many clients by adding to already full days, left me from 1 to 2 & now 3 dozen trigger point injections monthly. Please, if you can’t make your appointment, please reach out. It’s so easy to switch you to another day in your scheduled week. I am now unable to switch dogs to already full weeks.

My new policy will require dogs to wait until their next scheduled appointment unless I get a cancellation. Your standing appointments for the year will remain the same. There will also be a fee for no shows & possible prepayment for appointments if it’s happening multiple times. Payments are due the day of services. If you have been reminded for etransfers more than the occasional time, please pay in cash at the time of groom.

I appreciate ALL my amazing clients & hoping these changes will allow me to love your amazing Dusty Dogs for many years to come. Thank you all so much!

They have a human harness on Terry and he is carrying Tango. .. He is at the vet. His temperature is good, no broken bones or internal bleeding. He has a small scratch they are stitching up. He will be home tonight. (3.17.24 - 3.24.24)
