We’ve got to slow down…
In 2027 we need to reduce our workload. Like all grooming professionals, the job takes its toll, and our bodies are screaming at us to slow down.
We need to eliminate the following:
• Large or strong / difficult dogs.
• Deshedding appointments.
• Dogs that are overdue (have not been groomed in the last 90 days).
• Aggressive (biting and scratching) dogs.
• New clients and referrals (so our lead times don’t become unreasonable for current clients).
We will share with you if we are unable to rebook your pup because they fit into one of the above criteria.
Please know this: We appreciate you – and we LOVE your dogs. But we must slow down to provide our services for longer, or we may have to abruptly stop altogether.
