We’re less than a month away from our 2026 National Police Dog Championships, hosted by the Saskatoon Police Service K9 Unit!

Introducing a returning competitor, Marie-Josée Moranville and her new K9 partner Jack with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Marie-Josée Moranville is a Detector Dog Handler with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in the Quebec Region and has been working as a canine handler since 2019 on the land border of New York and Vermont.

She and her former partner, Echo, won 1st Place Overall in Drug Detection at the 2023 CPCA Trials in Barrie, Ontario. This year, she returns to compete with her new K9 partner, Jack, a 2-year-old English Springer Spaniel.

Come cheer on these incredible teams during the competition and join us for our Public Day on Sunday, September 13, at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at Merlis Belsher Place in Saskatoon. Admission is free!

New ➡️ FTCH Nilak Rose To The Top

🐾🇨🇦 BACK-TO-BACK WINS for our special & sweet girl Rose !! 💕🤩

After taking 1st place in the Open last weekend at the Niagara Peninsula Retriever Training Club, Rose came back this weekend at the Labrador Retriever Club Central Ontario’s Field Trial in Brighton and won 1st place again in the Open and completed her Field Trial Champion Title !! 🤩🎉

These were also her very first two weekends of Field Trials in Canada. 🇨🇦

Huge congratulations to Jamie for the handling of Rose and a big thank you to the judges, workers, and everyone behind the scenes who make these events possible.

🐾🇨🇦 Deux victoires consécutives dans l’Open pour notre belle Rose qui obtient d’ailleurs son titre de Field Trial Champion au Canada !! 🤩🎉

Après avoir remporté la 1re place en Open le week-end dernier au Niagara Peninsula Retriever Training Club, Rose est revenue ce week-end au Labrador Retriever Club Central Ontario’s Field Trial à Brighton, Ontario, et a remporté encore une fois la 1re place en Open !! 🤩🎉

C’était aussi ses deux tout premiers week-ends de Field Trials au Canada.🇨🇦

We’re so proud of our girls, Rose and Maggie for a great start to the Field Trial season in Ontario !! 🐾🇨🇦
