TRAINER OPPORTUNITY | SOLACE STABLES
Solace Stables is exploring the opportunity to welcome an established equestrian professional with a boutique clientele to operate alongside our existing dressage program in Headingley, Manitoba.
We are looking for the right individual to maintain their own independent training and coaching program alongside our existing dressage programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants a high-quality home for their program without the expense and responsibility of operating an entire facility.
In addition to their own clientele, Solace has an established string of safe, quality beginner through intermediate lesson horses, creating the potential for additional teaching opportunities and the ability to develop new riders within the facility.
We are looking for someone who values:

• A smaller, quality-focused clientele
• Independence while working within a collaborative facility
This individual would have the opportunity to manage their own training and lesson schedule, maintain their own client relationships, teach within our existing lesson program where appropriate, and continue developing their business within an established equestrian facility.
Our priority is finding the right Equestrian Canada certified professional and the right fit to complement our existing program.
