Just a little gratitude post from me to all the amazing people who support our little farm and our mission 🩵
Everything we do on the farm is a labour of love and hope for the community, for environmental and social sustainability, and for the well-being of all who inhabit the earth we share.
This week we introduced a new program bringing the littlest of humans together with animals and nature. Every new program brings nervousness and uncertainty for me as a serial overthinker, but the smiles and laughs of the kids who attended affirmed so much of the "why" I do this.
We also had some incredible volunteers share their love of animals with us these past few weeks, and have demonstrated so much care and appreciation for every single creature here. The selflessness and dedication of our volunteers is inspiring and fills me with so much gratitude.
And the animals themselves, who welcome all our visitors with flexibility and open hearts. The most vulnerable little beings who trust us humans to befriend them, and give us non judgemental, open-hearted love in return.
The work never stops on a farm, even a mini farm. But this week has left me so thankful that I get to do this and share this joy with others. Thank you to every single one of you who have visited us, follows us, and loves the animals as much as we do.
