Two weeks ago we said goodbye to Eli (on the right) and now his little brother, Peyton (on the left), has passed. Peyton was sick and I think Eli knew and went first just to make sure things would be comfortable for his arrival, scout out all the new trails and to make sure Peyton gets the welcome he so deserves. I will forever miss these guys 😢💔

Last night we had to say goodbye to Eli, pictured here on the right smiling alongside his brother. To say Eli was one of the good ones is an understatement. He was loved by all his hiking friends, especially me, and he will be forever missed. 😢
