All About Grooming are proud to sponsor the event. At the dinner we will be presenting them a cheque for $500 toward the cause. We are also accepting donations to help support the cause, as well as donations to help the event. Jay is taking the week to help with the event as a support person (First Responder). He is passionate as he is also a British Army veteran and Legion member. If you would like to donate for helping with some of the cost for gas, medical supplies etc please let us know.

Any help either for the cause or support is greatly appriciated.

This September, we are stepping off for Canada’s most impactful charity ruck to support those who served us. The mission is simple:

get homeless veterans off the streets.

You have three ways to get in the fight:

🥾 IN-PERSON (Sept 16-19): Join the 150km march from Wingham to Guelph. Food and lodging are covered. Grind out all 4 days or join us for 1.

🌍 VIRTUAL (Sept 1-30): 5km a day for 30 days. Your pace, your turf. Flexible participation so you can support from afar.

🤝 DONATE: Support the mission from the sidelines. Fund vital services and make a direct impact right now.

The weight in our rucks is temporary. The weight these veterans carry isn't. Choose your hard and step up.

We will be there! Nail trimming, $15.00 per dog minimum donation with an addiotional 50 percent of donations going to the rescue because we love animals so much! Especially weiners, they go great in a bun with BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese! pmsl🤣😆😂

We are very fortunate to have Amanda (A-Train) returning on Tuesday 1st Setember after her long absence of maternity leave. If you want to say hello, book an appointment today for Amanda's return! Remeber, we book 2 weeks or more in advance, so book early! I would say she has been missed, the truth beingg its been peacful 🤣😆😁 Only Jay would say that.

Tips for the warmer weather from Jay as he is a pet first aid instructor! If the pavement feels hot, place the back of your hand on the floor. If you cant keep it there for more than 7 seconds, well its too hot for your pet to walk on! Take them out earlier or later when its cooler. Just like us our pets need water, keep fresh water in a bottle with you. Add ice cubes to increase cooling. We have a sale on our pet water bottles, just dont tell Jay. Ask another member of staff for the summer discount and get 10% off a pet water bottle today!
