Hi all! I know it has been a while since I have posted on here. I hope everyone is doing well 🩷 I am just reaching out to let any of my previous clients know that I have a few Freedom No Pull Harnsses left in my inventory that I am looking to clear out, and I want to offer these to past clients before I post them openly on FB Marketplace. I know these were a popular training tool in my programs, and unfortunately they are not easy to get a hold of. If you are in a need of a new one and would like one, please shoot me a message!

I have four 3/4” mediums, two 1” mediums, and one large. I also have two Halti waist leashes, and two reflective leashes.

Asking $40 per harness, and $20 for the Halti leashes.

Join our 6 week CGN Prep Class! 🐕

The Canine Good Neighbour Prep Class is an advanced course that covers everything you need to know to earn your CGN Title with your dog. Not only that, but all of the skills learned in class will be beneficial for a well rounded, well mannered canine citizen. The class will be fast-paced and is designed to challenge you and your dog in a positive and constructive way.

Skills Include:

✅Polite greetings with all kinds of people
✅Loose leash walking with distractions
✅Walking through a crowd (various locations)
✅Long sit-stays and down-stays
✅“Wait” and “OK” cues
✅Stand for exam
✅Recall
And More

Prerequisite: Level-1 and Level-2 Obedience program, or equivalent. Must be approved by one of our instructors to be eligible to sign up for this course.

Hi everyone,

I know it has been a little while since I have posted. I have really loved hearing from all of you with your updates, pictures, and well wishes. Thank you for thinking of me and keeping me in the loop!

I have recently discovered Kim of Tumblewood Canine and have started teaching a few classes with her at her beautiful location in Milton. Kim is also a reinforcement-based trainer whose values and techniques heavily align with mine. If anyone is looking for a puppy class, a loose leash walking class, or an off-leash fundamentals class, please reach out to her! I myself will be assisting with the Saturday classes.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Kim, owner of Tumbleweed Canine and getting a tour of her lovely facility in Milton! Kim is an excellent trainer, if anyone in the Guelph/Fergus/Milton area is looking for a puppy class, definitely check her out! We are now offering Puppy Classes at Pet Valu on 200 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge EVERY SUNDAY from 6:15-7:15pm! This class is ongoing for pups 8-18 weeks of age. Come out each Sunday and give your new addition that solid foundation that you both deserve. We teach you the skills needed to train your perfect companion, and provide a safe environment for those crucial socialization skills.

$25 to join, or $100 for a set of 4 classes. Those who purchase a package of 4 classes will be guaranteed a spot each week.

We teach you the skills needed to train your perfect companion, and provide a safe environment for those crucial socialization skills.

Each week we will cover:
-positive conditioning, socialization, and exposure
-supervised play and interaction with other pups of a similar age
-impulse control and managing puppy nipping
-proper play and engagement on owner
-relaxation and place training

We are SO PROUD of Judy, Doug, and their almost 3 year old Chocolate Lab, Lynda for graduating their BLACK Level last week, completing the entire Levels Program! Lynda started with us in Junior Puppy Class back in August of 2022 as a wild and fiercely intelligent little pup, and has been consistently coming to all kinds of classes. She has now grown in to a mature, loving, and still fiercely intelligent dog who has challenged that energy into making her Mom proud. Together Judy and Lynda have completed Levels, Recall Class, Novice Rally Obedience, and passed their Canine Good Neighbour Test back in May! What an amazing team, we absolutely love having you in class!

Look who graduated their BLACK level on Saturday, aka the entire Levels Program! A huge congratulations to the very dedicated Ashley, Mark, and their little mixed breed, June, for all of your hard work. June started with us as a puppy back in May of 2023, and has been attending classes ever since. She has not only completed her Advanced Obedience with us, but also passed her Canine Good Neighbour Test back in May, and her Novice and Intermediate Level Tricks! We absolutely adore having this sweet girl in class, and look at what a talented artist she is! (Painting was done by teaching June to “hold” the paintbrush in her mouth). We love you June!
