🐾💜 The Dog of The Week is Ellie! 💜🐾

If there’s one thing Ellie LOVES, it’s getting attention from her coaches! This girl is an absolute sweetheart who never runs out of love to give. Whether she’s soaking up all the pets and cuddles or handing out her signature kisses, Ellie is always ready to make someone’s day a little brighter!

When she’s not busy getting all the attention she deserves, Ellie loves a good game of fetch with her coaches! She’s also a BIG fan of bubble time and gets so excited when those bubbles start floating around the playroom! And speaking of excitement, this girl has some serious spring in her step! Ellie shows just how happy she is by jumping SUPER high, and we swear she could probably bounce her way right into the clouds! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and it’s impossible not to smile when you see how much fun she’s having!

Beyond all her playful energy, Ellie has the sweetest, gentlest soul. She is such a loving girl who brings so much happiness to our playroom, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of our Dogtopia family! We absolutely adore watching her personality shine and seeing all the love she shares with her coaches and friends.

🐾💜 Her best friends are Bounty the Mixed Breed and Walter the Miniature Goldendoodle 💜🐾

Did you know those little bumps around your pup’s mouth could be canine papillomas (puppy warts)? 🦠

While they’re usually benign and often go away on their own, they’re HIGHLY contagious between dogs and can spread through play, shared toys, water bowls, and close contact.

That’s why pups with suspected puppy warts need to take a little break from daycare until the warts have resolved and they’re cleared to return. We know missing playtime is no fun, but keeping all our furry friends healthy is always our top priority!🐶🧡

Spot a suspicious bump? Check in with your vet and let your daycare team know before your next visit. 🐾

🐾🌶️ The Dog of The Week is Pepper 🌶️ 🐾

Pepper is just the cutest little girl, and we absolutely love watching how much she has grown since her first days with us! When Pepper first started daycare, she was a little nervous and unsure about everything around her. But with a little time, lots of patience, and plenty of love from her coaches and daycare friends, she has completely come out of her shell!

Now, Pepper walks through the doors like she owns the place! She has opened up and let her true personality shine, and we are absolutely loving every bit of her sweet, spunky attitude. She knows exactly what she wants and is always ready to make the most of her daycare days!

Pepper loves a good game of fetch with her coaches, especially when she gets to show off her playful side! She also loves getting into a little wrestling match with her daycare buddies and having some fun with her friends. She may be full of energy and sass when it’s playtime, but Pepper also knows when it’s time to slow things down. After all that fun, she is more than happy to curl up for a cozy nap and snuggle up with her favourite daycare buddies.

It has been so wonderful watching this once-nervous girl blossom into the confident, happy, and spunky pup she is today! We are so proud of Pepper and love seeing her walk in ready to take on the day. She brings so much personality and fun to the playroom, and we are so lucky to have this sweet girl as part of our Dogtopia family!

Giardia is a pesky little tummy bug that can cause diarrhea, soft stools, gas, and an upset tummy. It can spread easily between pups through shared spaces, water, and surfaces.

If your pup is having diarrhea, vomiting, or other tummy troubles, please let them enjoy a cozy day at home until they’re feeling better and ready to safely return to daycare.

We know our daycare pups have FOMO when they miss a day of fun, but keeping sick pups home helps us protect the whole pack from sharing unwanted tummy bugs.

Rest, snuggles, and a little Netflix time now = happy, healthy playtime later! 🐶🧡🐾
