Welcoming K9 Lifelines Leo to Advanced Training!

Leo will be joining his brother, Ranger, in the assessment stage of advanced training, where we take the time to get to know each dog’s unique personality, strengths, and skills in order to best match them with a future career path and client.

So far, Leo has proven to be a sweet boy who loves cuddles and enjoyed a great start to his training with Michelle, who has raised and continues to raise many amazing dogs for K9 Lifelines. We are excited to watch him continue to grow and look forward to seeing where his journey takes him!

We were honored to be invited to the Hamilton Accessibility Fair and are grateful for the opportunity to share more about our program and the impact of service dogs.

A huge thank you to all of our teams, both fully trained and in training, who came out to support us and help make the day a success.

Special thanks to Ashley for assisting with demonstrations. Juno is an incredible ambassador for the program, and we are so grateful for your ongoing support with demos and puppy-sitting when needed.

Thank you to Jake for allowing us to borrow K9L Ellie for demonstrations and for helping keep an eye on the puppies throughout the event.

Thank you, Danika, for assisting with the demonstrations and doing an excellent job guiding the audience through each demonstration and explaining the dogs’ work.

We couldn’t do what we do without the dedication and support of our community. 💙🐾
