We are busier than ever at Town & Country Clips!

With summer rolling in, our schedule is filling up quickly and we are currently booking approximately 2 weeks in advance. We strongly encourage clients to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Please note that starting in July, we will be closed on Fridays for the summer season.

We are doing our absolute best to accommodate everyone and find appointment times that work. If you send us a message through Facebook and do not hear back within 48 hours, please give the salon a call. Our inbox has been extremely busy and messages can occasionally get missed.

Today we celebrate not only an amazing mom, but a hardworking business owner, a leader, and someone who has dedicated so much of her life to helping others. Your determination, strength, and work ethic inspire everyone around you. No matter how busy life gets, you always find a way to put your family first and support the people you love.

Town and Country Clips is looking for a skilled and motivated dog groomer to join our growing team! 🐾

Commission-Based Position
Monday – Friday
🚫 No weekends required

What We Provide:
• Professional grooming tables
• High-velocity dryers
• Premium shampoos and conditioners
• Established and loyal client base
• Supportive and positive work environment

Groomers must provide their own tools, including clippers, blades, and scissors.

Groomers are welcome to bring and use their own specialty products and accessories if preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous professional grooming experience (all breeds is a strong asset)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your grooming
• Excellent customer service and professionalism with clients
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about animal care

This position is ideal for an experienced groomer who is confident working independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Town and Country Clips is looking for a mature, responsible, and detail-oriented student to join our team.

Monday – Thursday
No evenings or weekends

This opportunity is for students looking to complete volunteer hours while gaining hands-on experience in a professional grooming salon.

What you’ll learn:
• How to properly bathe and dry dogs to our salon standards
• Safe handling and care of pets
• How a busy, fast-paced salon operates
• Customer service and daily workflow

Main responsibilities include:
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Folding towels and keeping laundry organized
• Replenishing shampoo and conditioner bottles
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
• Bathing and drying dogs under supervision
• Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service

Ideal candidate:
• Mature, reliable, and hardworking
• Pays close attention to detail
• Takes pride in their work
• Comfortable around animals
• Friendly with strong customer service skills
• Willing to learn and follow instructions carefully

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, build confidence, and learn practical skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Happy Friday from Town and Country Clips!

With the warmer weather quickly approaching, our booking wait times are starting to get a little longer. Pre-booking your appointments is always the best way to ensure you get a date and time that works best for you and your pet!

We’d also like to remind all of our EXISTING clients to please fill out your pet intake forms ahead of time to help avoid delays during drop-off appointments.

Once ALL of our current clients are entered into our new system, we’ll be moving forward with reminder texts, pickup texts, emails, and more! This is a big process for our small team, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been patient, cooperative, and understanding while we make these improvements.

These updates will only help us serve you and your pets even better moving forward!
