Town and Country Clips has been a family-owned grooming salon for 30 years, and behind every appointment, every freshly groomed pup, every phone call and every message is a family doing its very best.
Small businesses aren’t just a name on a sign.
They’re families. They’re years of hard work, early mornings, busy days, tired feet and people who genuinely care about the animals and families who walk through their doors.
But there’s also a whole life happening behind the scenes that our clients don’t always get to see.
Your support helps make the everyday moments possible — Sports, school activities and adventures, family outings, caring for our own pets, and all the little memories in between. It supports multiple generations of our family, including a grandma (Pete) who not only plays a huge role in keeping this little business going, but an even bigger role in her grandson’s life.
When you support a family business, you’re truly supporting a family.
That’s also why no-shows can be especially difficult. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and your pet. If someone doesn’t arrive or cancel, we often can’t fill that spot on short notice. It means lost income for a small business and a missed opportunity for another client who may have been waiting weeks.
We completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, plans change and emergencies come up — all we ask is for as much notice as possible. ❤️
