🐾 A Little Reminder From Our Grooming Family 🐾
We absolutely love our clients and their furry family members, and we truly appreciate all of your support! ❤️
We do need to address something that has been happening more frequently lately, especially on Saturdays — missed appointments and very last-minute cancellations.
When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside specifically for your dog. When someone doesn't show up or cancels at the last minute, we often aren't able to fill that spot with another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.
We completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up! ❤️ We just ask that whenever possible, you please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Because Saturdays are especially difficult to fill at the last minute, we may have to start requiring a deposit or cancellation fee for Saturday appointments if the no-shows continue.
We really don't want to have to make Saturdays unavailable, because we know how important weekend appointments are for many of you. But we also need to protect our time, our staff, and our small business.
Please remember: your appointment is reserved specifically for you and your pup. 🐶❤️
